Episode 321: Bilber Baggers

Original air date: October 5, 2026

Episode overview

Bingo returns from the Brandywine Festival with a long account of camping, community, and improvised theater. Auntie Acid opens the show, and Halfway, Oh Hi! welcomes regular viewers alongside new Hobbit friends. Trash, Stormy, Sid, and Tony’s Tasties receive the Weekly Kewpie Award for taking shifts caring for Scooty. Bingo’s Big Life Pupdates expands into Chillin’ Chat as he describes staying with Slim at Harvest Hall, Pigeon’s Acorn Stage, and the Green Plum Players’ performances. He loves the generosity and creativity of the festival while regretting his heavy trunk, food-storage mistakes, and awkward CPAP charging arrangements.

Two fictional callers interrupt the recap. Harry the Hobbit describes a reversed version of the festival where hobbits roleplay modern humans at the Josh Wine Festival, while Andy Randy asks Bingo to fund a backyard festival instead. Poor Bingo reflects on returning from a fulfilling creative community to everyday anxiety. Bruce encourages him to keep those happy memories and relationships close.

Rank’em Up Rodeo ranks only two Pokémon: Primeape at #3 and Grafaiai at #275. An unusually warm Seth requests a cat living its best life at Brandywine. Bingo recreates the decorated Harvest Hall stage and adds a small cat while Dwibbins calls with puns, a Daniel Morton prank, and a conversation about self-deprecation and apologizing for the show. Cookie Jar calls before the vote. The Brandy Wine Cat receives 4.5 stars, and Bingo finishes by cooking a fish for Scooty.

A poll gives Hobbit souvenirs 69% of the vote, leading to Bingo’s Treasure Trove: scarves, fabric, a newspaper, a songbook, patches, painted Green Plum Players keepsakes, and handmade gifts. Open That Orb follows anyway, with a brick-building rocket from theorbhasit, music, jokes with Bruce, and a difficult egg-shaped display shell. Pack Attack opens Star Trek: The Next Generation season-five cards while Bingo praises Neelix and Voyager. Name That Name selects Ragnfredr, known on the show as Rick from work, from 28 subscribers; the prize includes the cards, a Boppo, halfwayokay stickers, and the Monday Auntie Acid calendar page.
