Episode 187: Umbilical Cordon Bleu
Original air date: February 7, 2024
Episode overview
Bingo recapped Stormy’s karaoke birthday party, repeatedly singing ‘Tarzan Boy,’ and the first Silly Sod work stream before noting Toby Keith’s death. Bingo reviewed the unsettling Chicken Pops incubator-baby toy and grotesquely modified custom action figures. Bingo praised Simon Hintermann’s Aurumek fantasy artwork, especially its small wandering wizard and soft, richly colored environments. Bingo discussed cooking, a themed Pokémon-card league, Yu Yu Hakusho, and audience questions while twice calling an unidentified Google Voice number. Bingo continued California Dreams season two as Jake revealed that he wanted to help Matt finish a song rather than fight him. A random draw selected the Phone a Friend dinner challenge; Sharky called to enforce the result, but Bingo could not find an acceptable friend to call. The random-number generator selected uwubreci at position 19 from 30 subscribers for a Des Frog Yu-Gi-Oh card, called Death Frog on air.
